Play Time!
Members of MMTG are always busy creating and rehearsing new Shows. But we always find time to play!!Take a look at two of our major events this year.
PEARL ANNIVERSARY MASKED BALL
To celebrate our 30th Pearl Anniversary we held a Magical Masked Ballat The Raven Hotel, Droitwich on Saturday 25th October 2008.
Guests arriving in wonderful masks were greeted by Robert and Sue, and the celebrations started straight away with Bucks Fizz. There was then time to look at the wonderful Photo Board of 30 Years and have a souvenier photograph before Dinner was served.
The very pretty tables loaded with goodies and mementos - and wine -were appreciated by everyone.
Time to eat, drink and be merry.
Then it was time for the Cake to make its entrance with the Subhumans, who had worked so hard towards the success of the evening.
Speeches were kept to a minimum, with Richard proposing the Toast to MMTG and Robert responding.
Robert made a special presentation to Barry - the only member who has appeared onstage in every Christmas Show since we started in 1978.
Another surprise presentation was to Sue and Robert from the Subhumans.
Tony Derbyshire, NODA Regional Councillor, then presented 23 Long Service Medals to members.
Dancing was to Bobs Full House.
The Subhumans would like to thank everyone who supported the event and the many words of thanks.

'CHRISTMAS IN JULY'
Saturday 12th July 2008Our Family Fun Day!
Yes - well we didn't get snow - we got rain!! But in true British spirit, we carried on and enjoyed ourselves.
With Festive Punch, Mincepies, Carols round the Tree, the Christmas Tombola, Christmas Games, Christmas Preserves, Santa's Grotto, The Monkwood Players Nativity, followed by the 'CLEVERLYS' playing as we ate our Christmas Picnic, how could we not enjoy it!!
